FireCat offers the ultimate firefighter wildland face mask. All components are manufactured with fire retardant materials. FireCat offers extreme protection against burns to the face and neck.

We use Carbon X, which will not break open, to provide the highest heat protection possible.

Filters for WildCat

A disposable respirator can be used in conjunction with WildCat either under the hood (best face fit) or can be inserted into the integral filter pocket. The filter will assist in vapor and particulate absorption/filtration. The choice of respirator is yours. We offer the 3M™ Aura™ Disposable Respirator range in P2 and P3. This fold flat respirator is easy to carry when on the move and individually packed.

Limitation: This type of filter doesn’t block fire gases, like carbon monoxide, so don’t assume you can advance further into the fire. Throw it away and replace with a new one when filter becomes difficult to breathe or becomes damaged.
